Case 39 (2009)

With a credible cast who should know better, this is more a case of all filler, no killer.

Restrepo (2010)

A film that should be seen by all the hoards of CoD fanboys out there, to show them war is far from a game.

Crazy Heart (2009)

Can't help but feel for Jeff Bridges as 'Bad Blake' saddled with the country gee-tar, the womanising and the bottom of a whiskey bottle.

4 stars

Exam (2009)

Like an extreme edition of The Apprentice.

Knight and Day (2010)

The film is almost as bad as the title.

The Crazies (2010)

Pedestrian action/horror which relies too heavily on the seen-it-all-before death scares and creepy tension. Lack of a wider story makes this feel average but still watchable.

The Cove (2009)

Flipper has so much to answer for.

Janck 3.5 stars (Apr 2010)

Powerful doco grabs your attention and leaves a lasting impression. Raw and emotive.
